Incorrect Products: In the event that you receive cosmetics products that do not match your order, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions on returning the incorrect items.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

Used or Opened Products: We cannot refund products that have been opened or used.

Customized Products: Products that have been customized or personalized to your specifications are non-refundable, except in cases of damage or defect.

Return Shipping
